📋 Description

• Full-cycle sales: You own the process from prospecting to close. • Own your territory: You will manage a specific UK region, building relationships with repairers. • Translate tech to value: You will simplify the technical aspects of Partly. • Consultative selling: Advise repairers with their procurement processes. • High-velocity hunting: Execute a consistent volume of outbound activity. • Work as a pod: Collaborate with RevOps and Onboarding to ensure clean handoffs. • Pipeline discipline: Maintain rigorous hygiene and forecasting in CRM. • Feedback loops: Feed insights back to Product, Engineering and GTM.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years experience as a top-performing SDR or AE in a B2B SaaS environment. • You know your way around a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern prospecting tools (Apollo, Surfe, etc.). • You are prepared to get on the road or the phone. • You can manage a high-velocity pipeline without dropping detail. • Confident with senior operators; excellent emails/proposals; calm, direct objection handling. • Able to learn repairer workflows and systems (BMS, invoicing etc) and translate them into practical implementation steps. • You are eager to learn. You record your calls (Loom/Gong), listen to feedback, and actively try to get 1% better every day. • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes.
