• Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with technical issues related to the company's products and services. • Deliver high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding technology offerings. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. • Educate customers on the features and benefits of products and services. • Document all customer interactions and solutions to maintain clear records. • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share insights. • Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
