📋 Description

• Define and implement technical strategy for stablecoin infrastructure platforms spanning transfers, stablecoin issuance, rewards and blockchain integrations. • Architect core reusable services and APIs that drive reliable, compliant, and efficient asset movement across chains and external providers. • Lead cross-team projects to improve performance, observability, security, and developer experience. • Collaborate closely with staff engineers, tech leads, product, and operational partners to drive organizational change. • Foster a culture of technical leadership, transparency, and high standards within and across teams. • Mentor engineers at all levels to elevate system health and engineering best practices. • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our blockchain services through best practices in software design, testing, and deployment. • Optimize existing blockchain infrastructure to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve operational efficiency. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Stay informed about emerging trends in blockchain, distributed systems, and financial technology to drive innovation within the team. • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems in high-growth technology companies • Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery • Deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems • Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies • Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across teams • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across the organization • Track record of building automation systems and improving operational efficiency • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
