📋 Description

• Draft template letters in response to the adverse action process • Conduct database searches and provide findings to the compliance team • Assist with preparing and updating compliance documentation • Manage email correspondence • Update compliance document trackers • Answer calls related to compliance questions and disputes • Support the compliance team with various administrative tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role • 2+ years’ experience working remotely • Previous compliance experience is a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Excellent written communication skills • Commitment to handling confidential information sensitively and discreetly • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel • Dedicated and ergonomic home workspace conducive to focused work • Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection • Adequate lighting and minimal background noise for professional video calls and meetings • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening is required as a condition of employment
