📋 Description

• Own the functional design and architecture of D365 Finance modules and integrated third-party applications across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, US/Foreign Banking, and FX • Manage and scale solutions across a multi-entity environment • Translate requirements into scalable configurations and extensible solution designs • Define D365 Finance design standards, governance, and best practices • Lead fit-to-standard analysis with a configuration-over-customization approach • Configure financial applications, including ledger structures, posting profiles, workflows, and financial dimensions • Design, develop, validate, and implement extensions, integrations, and APIs • Support data models, financial reporting structures, and analytics data flows • Implement AI-driven automation for invoice processing, reconciliations, and anomaly detection • Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI services • Develop intelligent workflows and decision-support capabilities • Support predictive analytics, real-time finance insights, data architecture, and master data governance • Ensure data integrity and financial controls across systems • Own unit, integration, and regression testing strategy • Validate solutions against compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements • Partner with DevOps teams on release pipelines and deployment readiness • Optimize financial processes and system performance • Monitor system usage and recommend enhancements • Advise leadership on Microsoft roadmap, D365 updates, and emerging finance technologies • Act as escalation point for complex financial system issues and provide root cause analysis • Partner with support teams, maintain functional and technical documentation, and perform additional duties • Follow safety policies, complete required safety training, and report unsafe conditions and incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance or AX2012 finance modules • Proven experience in end-to-end implementations or major system transformations • Strong background in O2C, P2P, R2R, accounting principles, and controls • Understanding of financial integration patterns, including APIs, OData, SFTP, JSON/XML, BAI2, CAMT, and ISO20022 • Experience working with consulting firms, outsourcing, co-development, testing, and validation • Experience in manufacturing or process industries preferred • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance preferred • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify for work in the United States • Compliance with company safety policies and required safety training
