• Identify and onboard Prime Vendors who work directly with end clients • Generate and manage contracting opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key vendor partners • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quick and quality submissions • Consistently meet or exceed monthly business targets

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Business Development / Vendor Management • Strong existing network with Prime Vendors supporting direct clients • Excellent English communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills • Comfortable working in US time zones • Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused professional.
