📋 Description

• Maintain and update dashboards tracking key GTM metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity. • Analyze performance trends across sales and marketing funnels to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities. • Support leadership with revenue forecasting and progress tracking. • Prepare ad-hoc reports that guide strategic decisions. • Manage daily usage and upkeep of HubSpot, Apollo, and related GTM tools. • Ensure data accuracy, resolve integration issues, and maintain clean CRM records. • Assist in onboarding and training teams on new tools or workflows. • Suggest and implement process automation to boost efficiency. • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth data flow and handoffs. • Communicate insights clearly to help teams move faster and make smarter decisions. • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting RevOps systems and data questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or related roles (internship experience welcome). • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Google Sheets/Excel. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication. • Comfortable working asynchronously with global teams. • Proficient English written and verbal communication. • Experience with automation tools or integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.) (Nice-to-Have). • Exposure to revenue forecasting or GTM analytics (Nice-to-Have). • Familiarity with startups, SaaS environments, or AI products (Nice-to-Have).
