📋 Description

• Originate commercial real estate loans & Sales, including: Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Mixed-use, Hospitality, Self-storage, Land and development. • Originate residential 1–4 unit mortgage loans. • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building. • Develop relationships with commercial real estate investors, developers, brokers, Realtors®, business owners, and referral partners. • Analyze borrower financing needs and recommend appropriate loan products. • Collect preliminary borrower documentation and submit complete loan files to processing. • Maintain regular communication with borrowers throughout the financing process. • Meet or exceed monthly production goals. • Build and maintain a strong referral network. • Stay informed on lending guidelines, loan products, and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous mortgage, commercial lending, banking, real estate, or sales experience preferred. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. • Commercial lending experience is preferred but not required.
