📋 Description

• Showcase Pella Corporation’s high-quality brand, products, and services in regional ProDealer accounts. • Build relationships, influence, and train customer representatives. • Work independently and achieve sales goals in an assigned territory. • Partner with assigned accounts to influence sales staff to surpass predetermined sales goals in territory. • Educate and establish yourself as the fenestration expert for assigned accounts and customers. • Accurately read, interpret, and takeoff blueprints to assist customers. • Develop strong business relationships and coach others on selling strategies. • Conduct planning meetings that result in actionable plans and conversations. • Communicate regularly with Sales Management and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements
