📋 Description

• Carry out site surveys and identify bird-related risks and requirements • Assess buildings, structures and environments to determine appropriate solutions • Produce recommendations and quotations • Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion • Coordinate customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams • Plan and monitor project activity, timescales and requirements • Provide technical advice and manage customer expectations • Resolve issues and find practical solutions • Build strong, long-term customer relationships • Identify opportunities to develop existing and new business • Maintain accurate project and customer records • Support the continued commercial growth of the business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in bird control, pest control or another relevant technical environment • Strong practical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects • Confidence dealing with customers, contractors and stakeholders • A commercially aware and customer-focused approach • The ability to take ownership and work independently • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn • The ambition to develop their technical knowledge and career • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
