📋 Description

• You will take our quality to the next level — structurally, operationally and across the entire supply chain. • You are responsible for applying and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS). • You actively manage the quality of our suppliers — including audits, scorecards and clear performance management. • You analyze quality issues and ensure sustainable corrective actions are implemented (CAPAs). • You handle communication with authorities in the event of quality incidents. • You ensure compliance with all relevant standards (HACCP, IFS, BRC). • You ensure full transparency and traceability of our products. • You establish a strong quality culture within the company and, over time, build your own Quality team.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in quality management in the pet food or food sector. • Solid expertise in HACCP, IFS and BRC. • Experience with supplier audits and international supply chains. • Experience building and developing structures and creating and implementing SOPs. • Analytical thinking, structured working style and consistent execution. • Assertive and able to make clear decisions under pressure. • Fluent German language skills are required.
