📋 Description

• Identify and connect with U.S. businesses seeking to hire talent or outsource workforce operations. • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and local business connections. • Introduce potential clients to Pivot X services and facilitate warm handoffs to our internal team. • Collaborate with Pivot X’s project managers and sales automation team to support deal closure. • Maintain professional relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (B2B preferred). • Strong network in the Miami business community or broader U.S. market. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. • Familiarity with HR, staffing, or outsourcing industries is a plus (not required).
