📋 Description

• Call shortlisted hotels, venues and restaurants within one to two hours to confirm rates and availability and secure proposals • Prioritize EMEA morning outreach and follow up by phone and email until responses are confirmed • Log supplier calls and responses in the platform • Review and vet AI supplier recommendations before inquiries are sent • Identify pricing outliers, missing information, VAT, service-charge, currency and net-versus-gross issues • Add suppliers missed by AI recommendations • Feed EMEA-specific edge cases to the Supply Manager and AI Specialists • Source and add suppliers, update listings, and maintain current rates and availability • Build marketplace coverage across EMEA hubs and emerging markets • Monitor sourcing health and resolve friction points during EMEA hours • Own EMEA supply responsiveness and hand off open items to the Montreal team • Build relationships with hotels, venues, restaurants, DMCs, catering, AV and activity partners • Document regional supplier practices and maintain playbooks and SOPs • Support supplier onboarding and track response rate, pricing competitiveness and availability • Identify repetitive tasks and quality issues, and help test, refine and document AI-assisted workflows • Meet KPIs for contact speed, R&A SLA compliance, supplier responsiveness, pull deal rate, commission capture and marketplace quality

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent professional English, written and spoken • Spoken fluency in at least one additional European language: French, Spanish, German or Italian • Additional European language proficiency sufficient to negotiate rates and availability by phone • Availability to start early in European business hours to match supplier schedules • Comfortable making a high volume of supplier calls daily • Ability to manage multiple high-volume tasks with strong organization • Proactive approach to identifying and filling marketplace coverage gaps • Ability to work with a distributed team and manager in a different time zone • Curiosity about AI tools and their practical use in daily work • Process-oriented approach to documenting, improving or automating manual work
