📋 Description

• Plan and manage projects efficiently • Coordinate development and testing teams • Ensure delivery of functional requirements for customers • Assess risks and issues, solve problems and prioritise tasks throughout the project lifecycle • Proactively manage customer communication and maintain strong customer relationships • Manage commercial relationships with clients, including Contract Changes, Purchase Orders and Billing Milestones • Translate client requirements into features, user stories and acceptance test criteria • Conduct testing of feature and software updates • Manage defect tracking and resolution for functional testing and client-executed user acceptance testing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience working as a Project Manager • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Regular contact with clients and key stakeholders • Well versed in using productivity applications • Fast and highly motivated learner of new software • Strong organisation, problem solving, planning and attention to detail • Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship • Experience working in a technical environment / software development environment (nice to have) • Experience in the social housing or local government sectors (nice to have) • Experience with Jira and Confluence tools (nice to have)
