📋 Description

• Lead and manage operational teams to maximise staff engagement and productivity • Build teams that actively optimise processes and solve customer problems. • Work with internal teams and third parties to significantly increase the automation rate and enhance customer service outcomes, developing your own tools and/or agents and taking a market leading approach to operational transformation • Build the capability to resolve operational and technical incidents promptly and to support Engineering squads to identify and address root causes • Develop new capabilities to support Plum’s growth, including in tax wrapper management and breadth of investment offerings • Drive commercial outcomes for Plum’s investments products, in partnership with the Product team and the Advice teams, designing and delivering initiatives to improve product adoption, cross-sell and retention

🎯 Requirements

• Have experience working in fintech • Have experience in UK retail investment management • Have managed operational teams • Have experience driving commercial outcomes in retail financial services • Have a proven ability to work with AI tools and to deliver operational efficiencies • Happy to work independently and flexibly within a fast-moving environment.
