🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a specialist in change management, organizational or team development — management experience welcomed. • Experience designing and supporting complex change or transformation initiatives. • A toolkit of inspiring ideas, practical experience, methods and analytical tools, with your personal touch. • A personality driven by ambition, openness to change, personal accountability and a hands-on mentality. • The ability to build sustainable, trust-based client relationships. • Familiarity with Design Thinking, Scrum, Business Model Canvas or the Golden Circle as part of your methodological toolkit.
