📋 Description
• Planning and scheduling multiple Domestic chargepoint installations • Quoting for additional works outside of the standard installation package • Managing the phone lines for Domestic Operations enquiries • Building and maintaining relationships with the Pod Point Field Team
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience balancing and prioritising multiple projects • Able to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions • Technically minded and able to understand electrical jargon • Great at building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Comfortable working with numbers and data • EV experience highly beneficial
