• Strong backend engineering experience • Testing mindset • Cloud and AWS experience • Infrastructure awareness • Solid engineering fundamentals • Modern development practices • Collaborative approach • Clear communicator • Curious problem solver • **Bonus Skills** • Experience working on high-volume transactional systems • Exposure to payments, rewards, subscriptions or financial workflows • Experience contributing to shared platform or core services • Familiarity with observability, monitoring and production support practices.
