• Active acquisition of business customers in the shell construction / façade sector • Management of existing customers such as construction companies, precast concrete manufacturers, specialist building product retailers, steel suppliers and elevator companies • Development of additional market potential and active sales of new products • Conducting research activities as part of projects • Customer support at trade fairs and exhibitions • Close collaboration with colleagues from consulting and application engineering, inside sales and the estimating department
• Completed technical or vocational training with commercial understanding, or equivalent qualifications • Several years of professional experience in the construction industry and in selling consultative structural/construction products is desirable • Willingness to travel within your region and to attend trade fairs • Good knowledge of using an ERP system, ideally ProAlpha • Strong customer- and service-orientation, good communication skills and pronounced team-working ability
