📋 Description

• Lead company fleet operations across UK and Ireland business units • Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and operational best practice • Support and coach Area Managers, Hub Managers, and operational teams • Use operational and fleet data to identify opportunities, reduce risk, and improve performance • Lead supplier relationships to ensure service, value, and efficiency • Deliver initiatives improving customer service, productivity, sustainability, and cost control • Ensure compliance across vehicle, driver, and equipment operations • Support business-wide projects improving stores, hubs, and distribution network effectiveness • Influence operational performance at a national level and partner with senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing multi-site operational environments • Strong knowledge of fleet, transport, safety, and compliance requirements • Track record of driving operational improvement and change • Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical ability with experience using data to improve performance • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support • IOSH / NEBOSH qualification desirable • National travel required • Field-based role across the UK and Ireland
