📋 Description

• Develop business opportunities in the powder coatings market • Offer technical and sustainable solutions to industrial clients • Prospect and develop new clients in various sectors • Manage and follow up on the current client portfolio • Identify client technical needs and propose suitable powder coating solutions • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow-up reports • Coordinate application tests and technical support • Negotiate commercial terms according to internal policies • Collaborate with technical and marketing departments • Monitor market trends and competitor activities • Meet assigned sales, profitability, and collection goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in B2B technical sales of powder coatings or related products • Experience with clients in the metalworking, white goods, metal furniture, or architectural sectors • Types of powder coatings: polyester, epoxy, hybrids, and polyurethane • Electrostatic application processes and oven curing • Paint line parameters: pretreatment, baking, transfer efficiency, thickness control, and appearance • Use CRM, report management, and commercial planning
