📋 Description

• Own the entire sales cycle, from the initial outbound contact and product presentation through contract close • Research, identify, and strategically contact MVZs, practice networks, and larger private practices via LinkedIn, cold calling, and personalized email sequences • Understand the day-to-day work of practice teams and develop tailored solution approaches • Communicate the product’s value proposition to decision-makers, particularly practice management and medical leadership • Independently maintain the pipeline in Pipedrive and update deal stages • Ensure a clean and accurate CRM database • Represent PraxisConcierge at medical conferences and actively build new contacts • Systematically relay market feedback from accounts to the marketing and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including a demonstrable track record in outbound sales • Experience in healthcare or healthtech • Strong outbound skills, including cold calling and social selling on LinkedIn • Business-fluent German (C2) • Experience with automation in CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement platforms • Startup experience is a plus • Initial experience with Sales Navigator and automated workflows is a plus • Knowledge of practice management software (PVS) or digital practice processes is a plus
