📋 Description

‱ Participate in meetings with clients to discuss campaign strategies and goals, then develop a plan to achieve them ‱ Communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their campaigns and evaluate progress with the client ‱ Review analytics data to determine the effectiveness of previous campaigns and plan future ones accordingly ‱ Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction with services provided by the agency ‱ Prepare reports detailing the work performed on each campaign ‱ Pitching and newsjacking ‱ Media training ‱ Writing or revising content ‱ Liaising with media, clients, and stakeholders ‱ Sometimes develop content for social media accounts and write blog posts ‱ Create strategies and plans for things such as content, press releases, etc. ‱ Sometimes provide event support when requested by the client, including finding videographers, photographers, etc.

🎯 Requirements

‱ A bachelors or equivalent in PR/Journalism/Communication ‱ At least two years of experience in PR or a related field ‱ No 9 to 5 mentality; we are a startup and some chaos is part of it! ‱ You are interested in language and able to think creatively with words, while maintaining a professional tone ‱ Are able to have a professional attitude with clients ‱ Can handle client confrontation ‱ Are articulate under pressure ‱ Attention to detail ‱ Are comfortable asking questions while proposing solutions ‱ Are ambitious, detail-oriented, positive, decisive, and proactive ‱ An interest in B2B, SaaS, Tech and startup industries is desirable
