📋 Description

‱ Lead new business development and prospect within B2B tech verticals ‱ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads ‱ Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments ‱ Present PRLab's integrated PR solutions and case studies ‱ Prepare customized proposals and manage sales cycle to closing ‱ Collaborate with PR strategists for handoffs ‱ Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and maintain communication ‱ Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling ‱ Represent PRLab at conferences and networking events ‱ Monitor market trends, funding rounds, and provide market feedback ‱ Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, marketing agencies, or tech sector ‱ Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas ‱ Experience selling to C-level executives and marketing leaders at tech companies ‱ Understanding of the PR/marketing landscape and how it impacts business growth ‱ Excellent communication and presentation skills ‱ Strong research and prospecting abilities ‱ Consultative selling approach ‱ CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) ‱ Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills ‱ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment ‱ Preferred: Previous experience in PR, marketing, or communications agencies ‱ Preferred: Existing network within the tech startup/scale-up ecosystem ‱ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field ‱ Preferred: Multilingual capabilities
