📋 Description

• Ownership: As the person responsible for scope, schedule, budget and quality, you confidently lead projects through all phases. • Control: Through consistent management of status, scope and change requests, you drive sound decision-making and transparent progress. • Collaboration: Through engagement with client organizations and executive management, you secure clear alignments and binding next steps. • Methodology: Using the proALPHA project methodology, you strengthen structure, transparency and reliability across the entire process. • Communication: You connect all stakeholders and keep the project team focused and aligned.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management qualification, complemented by a recognized certification • Proven leadership of complex ERP projects in the manufacturing industry, including international environments • Deep process understanding in production, logistics and finance, and confident use of project management tools • Structured and decisive working style with a clear focus on on-time and on-budget delivery • Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
