• Ensure the market- and customer-oriented development of the product portfolio by defining the product strategy • Manage the product lifecycle and work closely with market, sales and production units • Product strategy and innovation: develop a product strategy • Analyze customer applications and define product development • Consolidate feedback from the field and address customers' pain points • Prepare a business case for new products
• Completed technical degree or technical vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience in a similar position in component-related B2B, preferably in one of the target markets (chemicals, oil & gas) • Customer orientation: understanding of market needs and directions • Results-oriented: focus on revenue, margin and investments • Technical knowledge in mechanical or electronic fields • Cross-functional management experience • Solid knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, BI tools and the MS Office suite • Fluent German and English (business proficiency) • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and internationally (approx. 10%)
