📋 Description

• Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with our company objectives • Lead and coordinate projects to improve our digital solutions, particularly using Zoho • Work closely with teams to define requirements and develop products efficiently • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement • Create and maintain product roadmaps and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets • Support the launch of new products and features and manage user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in an agile, digitalized company • Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Zoho • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication skills and very good German proficiency (spoken and written) • Affinity for digital processes and a solution-oriented mindset
