📋 Description

• Build and manage relationships with key healthcare accounts and develop a deep understanding of their EMR needs. • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and client interactions. • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to create and deliver compelling EMR product demonstrations and proposals. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. • Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales management team on sales pipeline and revenue projections. • Self-generate pipeline via outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads. • Ensure timely delivery of our EMR software products and services to customers. • Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on healthcare EMR solutions. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in the healthcare industry. • Experience selling software to, or working within, the chiropractic industry is a significant plus. • Familiarity with the operations, billing, and clinical needs of chiropractic practices is highly valued. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients at all levels. • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot. • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Ability to travel to occasional conferences throughout the year.
