📋 Description

• As an Account Executive focused on landing new business, you will play a key role in Propeller’s growth as we capitalize on the significant increase in demand which we expect to experience in the coming years. • In this role you will be involved through all stages of the sales cycle and leverage our three pillars of customer acquisition to secure this business, inbound, outbound, and existing customer referrals. • You will be working closely with your Manager to prospect key areas and accelerate revenue generation for these key accounts. • You’ll have a direct impact on the company’s growth and focus on securing new business within the LATAM market. • While you will be supported by Channel Partner and inbound leads, you will actively assist in lead generation to ensure that your own personal quotas and the company’s goals are met. • You’ll be focused on building long term partnerships with prospective customers and achieve this through building a deep understanding of their industry, how they currently work, and evaluating where Propeller can help them most.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a track record of strong prospecting and landing of net new business while balancing this with expansion of current accounts. • You’ll have excelled in a sales role ideally in another SaaS or Construction Tech company with a strong history of quota attainment. • You’re eager to join Propeller at an exciting time of growth and contribute directly to the growth of our revenue and the business. • You have a growth mindset and approach sales with a learning mentality. You learn new methodologies, adopt new sales tools and adjust to your market and customers. • Trilingual: fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. • Experience in one or more of our customer industries - construction, mining, aggregate and waste management. • You’ll be strong in new logo acquisition and showcase a successful hunting track record of this in previous roles. • You have strong communication skills and can effectively articulate Propeller’s value proposition. • A natural collaborator who can align with channel partners to achieve mutual goals. • You’re a self starter with the ability to collaborate effectively, but work independently. • You’re great at building and nurturing customer relationships. You’re able to build trust, empathize with them and deliver on your promise.
