📋 Description

• Architect, develop and maintain end-to-end web applications — from user interface to server-side logic and database design. • Build, review, and maintain scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code across frontend and backend. • Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to define requirements, design solutions and deliver features. • Optimize performance, security, and reliability of services and applications; handle backend logic, data flow, APIs, and frontend performance. • Design and manage database schemas, ensure efficient data storage/retrieval, and handle data modeling for complex domains. • Participate in code reviews, mentor more junior developers, contribute to best practices and improve development workflows. • Work with version control systems (e.g. Git), deployment pipelines (CI/CD), testing, and documentation to ensure stable releases and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years — 3+ years (or more) professional experience as a full-stack developer (frontend + backend) in production environments • Proficiency with web frontend technologies (e.g. JavaScript / TypeScript + modern frameworks/libraries) and backend technologies (server-side languages, REST/API, services, databases). • Strong understanding of the full web application lifecycle: UI, server logic, database, deployment, maintenance, scalability and security. • Ability to design architecture, plan data models and implement complex features independently. • Good problem-solving skills, code quality awareness, readiness to refactor, optimize and maintain long-term projects. • Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional, possibly distributed/remote teams; good communication and responsibility. • Nice to Have • Experience with microservices, modular architecture, or distributed systems. • Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD workflows, deployment automation, containerization, or cloud-based infrastructure • Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, caching, performance tuning, scaling web apps. • Mentoring juniors or leading parts of technical teams or projects, code reviews, architectural decisions.
