📋 Description

• In conjunction with the VP Sales, develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including target account lists, detailed sales forecasts, and market penetration plans to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new high-value business opportunities within all agreed-upon verticals. • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial cold-call and pitch to negotiation, contract finalization, and successful "go live" handoff to the Partnerships team. • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, VP of Commercial, Product, and Strategy) in major SEA target accounts. • Monitor and report on local market trends, competitor activities, and specific product needs within SEA’s travel, ticketing, and ancillary service industries to inform company strategy. • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Technology, Legal, and Partnerships, to ensure seamless sales execution, technical feasibility, and high partner satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (Mandarin/Traditional Chinese) (Mandatory) and Fluent English (Mandatory). • Proven track record (minimum of 5 years) in B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales, consistently meeting or exceeding demanding targets. • Strong commercial understanding and sales experience within one or more key verticals: Airlines, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), major SEA or regional travel companies, and/or large event/ticketing platforms. • Comfortable discussing platform integrations, APIs, and data-driven solutions; proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
