📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements • Analyze existing business processes and recommend efficiency and effectiveness improvements • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications • Collaborate with project managers, developers, quality assurance teams, and business partners throughout the project lifecycle • Support system implementation activities, including testing, validation, and deployment • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and solution design discussions • Evaluate system enhancements and identify process optimization opportunities • Create and maintain project documentation, business requirements, process maps, and training materials • Support projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Lean development methodologies • Provide ongoing analysis and support for business applications and system-related initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of business systems analysis or related experience • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements • Experience supporting technology-related projects and business system implementations • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation skills • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile/Lean frameworks • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis, strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred • Experience supporting enterprise business systems and process improvement initiatives preferred • Professional certifications related to business analysis, Agile methodologies, or project delivery preferred • Experience within financial services, insurance, or a highly regulated industry preferred
