📋 Description

• Lead dedicated teams as a technical lead • Deliver complex projects pragmatically, thoroughly, and cost-effectively • Serve as the technical point of contact for client decision-makers and provide strategic advice • Support pitches by developing and presenting slides and technical concepts • Lead projects holistically from architecture through deployment • Design new features with product managers and UX designers and implement them together with the team • Establish new topics and technologies hands-on within projects, such as e-commerce platforms, frameworks, or cloud providers • Support teams, provide regular feedback, and help colleagues grow through technical mentoring • Help shape development processes pragmatically, particularly AI-assisted development • Help shape tools, workflows, and quality assurance practices for AI-assisted development • Estimate workloads, monitor budgets, and support project management • Actively contribute to the continued development of the organization as a whole • Familiarize yourself with existing projects and architectural concepts and implement initial customer features • Gradually take responsibility for the technical direction of web applications

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web or app development • 4+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in the technical leadership of teams • Strong experience with React and with Node.js, Flutter, or Kotlin • Several years of experience taking technical responsibility for medium-sized projects (500+ person-days) • Experience with application architecture • Experience setting up applications from scratch • Ability to lead projects holistically from a technical perspective • Clear-headed and comfortable dealing with uncertainty during intense project phases • Willingness to take responsibility beyond your own work • Eagerness to learn • Fluent German and English
