📋 Description

• Develop and administer Providence St. Joseph Health compensation programs • Design, analyze, and implement pay-for-performance programs, salary structures, costing scenarios, and incentive plans • Research, analyze, and evaluate current and proposed compensation plans • Ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable, and cost effective • Conduct job analysis, market analysis, and pay and classification reviews • Develop compensation recommendations and costing • Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation-related items • Assist in developing internal compensation policies and standards • Conduct data collection and analysis for special projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of Compensation experience • Experience with data collection and analysis • Working knowledge of compensation systems • Working knowledge of wage & hour laws and exempt classifications • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred) • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred) • Healthcare experience (preferred) • Union environment experience (preferred)
