📋 Description
• Develop a highly effective distributor system/ dealer network/ customer base for the assigned channel • Formulate sales strategy for assigned territory or products • Develop sales forecast, budget and manpower planning • Supervises and trains distributors/ dealers/ agents and/or sales force to achieve sales targets • Responsible for the commercialization of the company’s products to the assigned channel • Provide ongoing support to clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service • Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or four-year equivalent degree • Master’s degree preferred • 7-10 years of experience with outside sales roles • 5-7 years of experience with cable manufacturing preferred • Proficiency in understanding structured cabling systems, POE, and Fiber Optics technology
