• Managing and developing existing customers with High Voltage (HV) potential • Expanding and structuring the HV customer portfolio in Germany • Managing offers for HV project tenders, including coordination with stakeholders • Building and maintaining a commercial and technical database required for project offers • Understanding and managing project bidding processes for HV cables • Analyzing and responding to Power Utilities tenders • Reviewing and understanding technical specifications related to HV cable systems • Leading commercial negotiations with customers • Preparing and managing TPA files and DOA documentation • Traveling to meet customers, utilities, and manufacturing facilities as required
• Fluent in English and German • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field • Several years of experience in HV sales, project sales, or power utilities • Strong understanding of HV cable systems and technical specifications (must have) • Experience with bid management and utility tenders (must have) • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Willingness to travel • Strong teamwork skills, results‑oriented and proactive mindset • Decision‑making attitude, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
