📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets in the data cable sector • Manage and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers • Conduct market analyses and research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, tenders, and customer needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer projects • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management • Full responsibility for the development and growth of the assigned MMS (Multimedia Solutions) business in Germany

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience • Knowledge of datacom (copper, fiber, connectivity) and broadband (FTTx) is an advantage • A network in the data center market is a plus • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to take initiative • Ability to build relationships across countries, cultures, functions, and levels in a complex environment to achieve business objectives • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and other relevant commercial software packages (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage • Willingness to travel
