📋 Description

• You develop and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with key B2B customers, with a focus on selling used cars • You manage an attractive dealer portfolio made up of cold and warm leads • You continuously work on improving sales structures within B2B sales • You analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities • You monitor our customers’ performance, sales forecasts and key metrics, and report on them • You are a problem solver who ensures a high level of customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Some initial or preferably several years’ experience as an Account Manager or in telesales, ideally in a B2B environment • Proven track record in sales – you regularly exceed your targets and demonstrate strong negotiation skills • A pronounced hands‑on mentality combined with analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Confident use of CRM systems and common project management tools • Ideally, initial experience in the automotive industry or an automotive‑related field • Very good written and spoken German to professionally support our German‑speaking customers
