📋 Description

• Lead quality improvement activity across the ADHD Titration Service • Develop, implement and monitor quality improvement plans with clinical and operational teams • Use quality data, patient feedback and service insights to identify themes, risks and improvement opportunities • Support and develop quality frameworks aligned with Psychiatry UK’s clinical governance standards • Lead and embed Titration-specific governance processes • Coordinate Titration governance meetings and oversee risks, incidents, complaints, audits and improvement actions • Maintain oversight of governance actions, ownership, escalation and completion • Provide reporting, escalation and assurance with the Quality & Safety Team and clinical leadership • Coordinate incident management and support incident investigations and reviews • Monitor incident actions through completion and embed learning into practice • Act as clinical lead for ADHD Titration Service complaints • Coordinate complaint reviews and investigations and provide oversight of complaint responses • Analyse complaints and patient feedback and translate learning into service improvements • Develop and coordinate clinical audit programmes • Support audit analysis, improvement actions and compliance monitoring • Track audit actions and evaluate whether improvements are embedded • Support evidence-based practice and high standards of care

🎯 Requirements

• Registered healthcare professional with current professional registration • Significant experience within healthcare quality, clinical governance and/or service improvement • Experience of incident management, investigation and embedding learning • Experience managing healthcare complaints, including investigation, response preparation and identification of learning • Experience analysing incidents, complaints, patient feedback and other quality data to identify themes, trends and opportunities for improvement • Experience supporting clinical audit and quality improvement activity • Experience working within mental health or specialist healthcare services and across multidisciplinary teams • Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement and incident management principles • Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and information governance requirements • Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills • Additional qualification or training in quality improvement, clinical audit, governance or leadership is desirable • ADHD prescribing experience is desirable • Experience within digital healthcare services is desirable • Experience supporting regulatory inspections or external quality reviews is desirable • Experience developing governance reporting, dashboards, learning frameworks or improvement programmes is desirable • Experience using recognised quality improvement methodologies is desirable • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulatory frameworks is desirable • Experience delivering quality improvement training or shared learning is desirable
