• Develop and deliver the content marketing strategy for the new children and young people neurodiversity pathway and product • Create web copy, blogs, guides, emails, social/video scripts, and campaign assets • Translate complex clinical and pathway information into clear, accurate, empathetic content • Work with clinical and Information Governance teams to ensure content accuracy, review, and healthcare marketing compliance • Build and manage a content calendar across organic and paid channels • Lead campaign planning and delivery from concept through launch and evaluate performance • Collaborate with Design, Digital, and Business Development teams on website, sales, and partner-facing content • Apply SEO best practices and audience insight to improve engagement, performance, and conversion • Monitor content performance and manage external contributors or freelancers • Use data to refine content and channel strategy • Manage workload and changing priorities independently • Participate in supervision, PDR, and mandatory training
• Demonstrable experience in content creation and content marketing, supported by a strong written and/or multimedia portfolio • Experience creating content for children and young people, parents, and carers • Proven ability to develop and deliver content strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes • Experience managing campaigns from concept and planning through launch and post-launch evaluation • Excellent writing and communication skills, adapting tone and style across audiences and channels • Experience working with clinical, technical, or regulatory experts to translate complex information into accessible content • Confident use of CMS, email marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms • Highly organised, able to manage multiple content workstreams, deadlines, and priorities independently in a remote-first environment • Genuine interest in and sensitivity to neurodiversity, mental health, and healthcare communications for children and young people • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaborative working skills • Desirable: healthcare, mental health, or regulated-industry content experience • Desirable: product or service launch experience, particularly digital health products or pathways for children and young people • Desirable: background in children's or family healthcare, education, or children's publishing/media • Desirable: understanding of accessible and neuro-inclusive content design principles • Desirable: experience managing freelance writers, designers, or video producers • Desirable: familiarity with NHS and private healthcare marketing considerations • Applicants must reside in the UK
