📋 Description

• Leading end-to-end design and delivery of finance managed services • Playing an active role in managing and developing senior finance client relationships • Developing commercial proposals and shaping operating models that align with client needs • Overseeing multi-disciplinary delivery teams (onshore and offshore) • Driving and proactively supporting the management of client engagements • Applying digital technologies such as workflow tools, analytics platforms, and automation (RPA/AI) • Supporting pursuit activity by contributing to bids, proposals, and solution design sessions • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members • Managing commercial performance of engagements • Actively involved in business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• A deep understanding of core finance processes (e.g. Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and FP&A) • A proven track record working on complex finance operations, outsourcing or managed services engagements or finance transformation and ERP projects • Experience working with Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) models • Practical knowledge of leading ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) • Strong commercial and contract management expertise • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • The ability to influence senior stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and delivery skills • A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
