📋 Description

• Understand business requirements and help clients architect, design, and develop solutions • Develop applications in PowerApps using Dataverse, Power Automate, Excel, Forms, and SharePoint Online • Use out-of-the-box connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate • Create analytics using Power Query and DAX in Power BI • Design and create database models • Communicate proposed designs, progress, and solutions to customers, team leads, and team members • Rewrite and re-engineer custom legacy applications into PowerApps solutions • Develop under Technology Solutions & Workplace Automation Practice Leader supervision and system design • Perform unit testing and test-driven development • Demonstrate thought leadership and become a trusted advisor to decision makers • Document and demonstrate solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and similar materials • Coordinate Power Platform design and development activities within client organizations • Work with stakeholders to understand and map requirements and define areas for improvement • Assist clients with process design and improvement initiatives, business needs, and focused solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse • Optionally, experience integrating PowerApps with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services • Familiarity with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering and analysis, functional/technical specifications, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support • Ability to troubleshoot software systems, optimize performance, resolve problems, and provide follow-up on issues • Critical thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills • Strong skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority or title • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate closely with clients, and deliver results in a demanding work environment • Ability to establish effective working relationships with client personnel • Must hold U.S. citizenship or a green card to qualify for this position
