📋 Description

• Partner with QAD business leaders across EMEA as a talent advisor • Fill critical roles across the business from strategy through offer • Embed within business lines to understand goals, drivers, and hiring needs • Translate business insights into recruitment strategies across the UK, Europe, and the Americas • Provide talent market intelligence and guidance on multi-country hiring, compensation benchmarking, and local employment trends • Recruit and source active and passive candidates across functions and seniority levels, including senior leadership • Use Claude and Google Gemini to accelerate sourcing, automate recruiting tasks, synthesize market intelligence, and create job content and candidate communications • Act as a QAD brand ambassador on social media to build employment brand and talent pipelines • Help hiring leaders develop their social presence and support an everyone-is-a-recruiter culture • Report recruitment activities, pipeline health, and key metrics to stakeholders • Serve as ATS subject matter expert and coach HR partners and hiring leaders • Participate in a global Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist network across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA

🎯 Requirements

• Partnership approach and solutions mindset • Ability to develop and independently deploy recruitment strategies across multiple EMEA countries • Proven ability to engage passive talent and convert candidates into applicants and hires • Strong social media experience and demonstrated brand ambassador/thought leader presence • Understanding of regional platform preferences across EMEA • High proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and advanced internet search techniques • Hands-on fluency with Claude and Google Gemini for recruiting workflows • Comfort adopting emerging AI capabilities • 7+ years of recruitment experience across EMEA and Americas markets • Experience filling senior individual contributor and leadership roles • Experience recruiting across multiple countries and navigating varying employment frameworks in Europe and the Americas • Software or SaaS recruiting experience across sales, business development, customer success, marketing, software engineering, cloud/DevOps, quality assurance, technical consulting, IT, HR, and finance highly preferred • Familiarity with ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing technology sectors is a plus • Additional European languages are advantageous but not required • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
