• Actively acquire new customers as a Junior Sales Manager • Accurately identify decision-makers • Persuade decision-makers with expertise and persuasive ability • Understand business processes and develop compelling solutions • Schedule web meetings or visit prospects on site
• Some initial sales experience in the IT environment (SaaS, Managed Services) • Ideally have previously sold complex software solutions (DMS, ECM, OMS) • Goal-oriented, hunter mentality, and strong persuasive skills • High willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality
