πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead, support, and develop a team of six β€’ Own relationships, performance, and budgeting for all CRM systems and agency partners β€’ Develop and execute multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in app messaging), ensuring relevance and performance β€’ Oversee the full customer lifecycle, delivering optimisation across acquisition, retention, and reactivation β€’ Use data and reporting to inform both strategic direction and tactical improvements β€’ Collaborate with marketing, product, affiliate, and other cross functional teams to deliver projects aligned with business objectives β€’ Support growth across new verticals, markets, and the core lead generation business β€’ Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements across all regions β€’ Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 7-8+ years of CRM experience β€’ Experience managing and developing teams of three or more β€’ Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work quality β€’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud β€’ Working knowledge of HTML for email β€’ Solid understanding of segmentation strategies, suppression logic, and waterfall approaches β€’ Experience building processes and documentation β€’ Strong end-to-end project management skills β€’ Good understanding of email deliverability best practices β€’ Experience across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels β€’ Highly analytical and comfortable working with complex data β€’ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including newsletter copywriting β€’ Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt thoughtfully in a busy, deadline-driven environment β€’ Collaborative, cross-functional team player who builds strong relationships across departments β€’ Comfortable navigating pressure and delivering to a high standard β€’ Collaborative and grounded - you value your team, your customers, and the perspectives of those around you
