📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in Spanish and English • Offer additional products during each customer interaction • Assist customers with questions while personalizing each caller’s experience • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor • Work a set full-time schedule including one weekend shift each week

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in Texas or an approved QVC state • 12 months or more of customer service experience • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment • Learn and work in a virtual environment • Communicate with a variety of styles • Navigate multiple systems and screens • Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment meeting QVC computer system requirements • Troubleshoot your own technical problems, partnering with IT when needed • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours • Work a set full-time schedule that is not Monday–Friday and includes a weekend shift each week
