• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM programs, or sales operations within SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise B2B environments. • A builder, translator, and coach with the ability to turn complex challenges into simple, actionable strategies, drive results through hands-on execution, and inspire teams to achieve excellence. • Proven success building and scaling enablement programs that measurably improve sales performance. • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles; healthcare or AI/clinical workflow experience preferred. • Mastery of enablement tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to influence and drive adoption. • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
