• Rain is empowering the next generation of money and financial products globally. • We are looking for a business development associate in LATAM to join us. • You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a quickly growing company. • We believe in an open and flat structure. • You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. • The role will allow the successful candidate to develop their expertise and further develop our sales cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus. • 5+ years of Business Development or related experience. • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and within the deal lifecycle. • Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals. • Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills. • Strong analytical skills and team player. • Exposure to B2B sales (Desirable but not mandatory). • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRMs (Desirable but not mandatory). • Experience working in both U.S and LATAM (Desirable but not mandatory). • Experience with or interest in crypto and blockchain (Desirable but not mandatory). • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (Desirable but not mandatory).
