📋 Description

• Strategic and operational responsibility for actively expanding and maintaining long-term partnerships. • Independently acquiring strategically relevant customers. • Independently managing the entire sales process. • Revenue responsibility for defined segments/regions/products. • CRM maintenance, KPI-driven work and reporting. • Understanding of the healthcare market and analysis of market trends. • Participation in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. • Close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B sales (services and/or SaaS) in the healthcare or clinical environment. • Confident presence and persuasive ability with decision-makers at the C-level. • Demonstrable success in building and expanding customer relationships. • Ability to identify complex customer requirements and develop sustainable solutions. • Structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working. • Solid understanding of processes, stakeholders, and decision-making procedures in clinics and hospitals.
