• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related systems-focused role. • Proficient in Salesforce administration, including objects, flows, validation rules, and permission sets. • Familiar with standard GTM tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Harmonic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Confident in navigating cross-functional projects that require balancing multiple stakeholders. • Analytical, systems-minded, and comfortable identifying root causes and designing scalable fixes. • Excited by improving processes and building small automations to make teammates’ lives easier.
